A solution that is compatible and complementary with Oracle and SAP, aside from other ERP. This option may perform a budget control per Mexican or American periods. The system performs a budget comparative by cost center and displays the budget exercised, allocated, or to be exercised. There is likewise an option to automatically project the expenses, and manual modifications may be performed while preserving the automatic projection as reference.

  • Budget by account and/or cost center.
  • Data entering in MX pesos or US dollars.
  • Budget validation when performing the accounting entry and the purchase requisition.
  • Projection of expenses as a function of configurable parameters such as: days worked, units produced, headcount, sales, average of accounting balances, etc.
  • Adjustments by volume in the various projected versions, and global changes by account classification may be carried out with this option.
