NOTICE OF PRIVACY

Innovaciones de Sistemas S.A. de C.V., with offices located at Calle “G” # 321, Colonia Nueva. Mexicali, B.C., in responsible for gathering your personal data, the use granted thereto and protection thereof.

Your personal information shall be used for purposes of providing the goods and services you have requested, to brief you on the changes therein, and to assess the quality of services rendered. For all the aforementioned purposes we are requiring the following personal information: Full Name of Individual, Company and/or Corporate Name, Tax Domicile, full Taxpayer’s Registration Code, Full Name of Legal Representative, Data on the Company Charter (Articles of Incorporation) (name, date, and volume), Number of the Notary Public’s Offices, Name of the Notary Public, City where the company (partnership) was incorporated, Data of the registration at the Public Registry of Property and Commerce (Entry No., Section, Date, City). To enter into an agreement, a copy of the Articles of Incorporation is required, in which evidence of the aforementioned information is provided.

All required employee person information encompasses the following: Full name; copy of an official identification with picture (passport, voting card, professional license, or driver’s license); age; date of birth; copy of birth certificate; address; copy of proof of address (power, phone, or property tax bill); copy of military service ID duly released (if applicable); marital status; electronic mail; private telephone; cell phone; copy of taxpayer´s identification; copy of the Mexican Sole Population Registry Code (CURP); social security number; copy of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) card; certificates of education or proof of studies; certificates or diplomas of proficiency in other languages; copy of the addition, deletion, or modification of wages or salaries from the IMSS; copy of proof of earnings from the previous or last job; photograph; personal references; contact information in case of emergency; information on the economic / financial beneficiaries or dependents; resume; information pertaining to employee performance; proof of previous jobs; copy of proof of affiliation to the AFORE system; copy of  proof of mortgage credits (Mexican INFONAVIT Institute).

The following information deemed sensitive may also be gathered and treated (should it be applicable): health status; past or present illnesses; allergies; blood group; medical checkup results; proof of medical treatment of illnesses; drug tests results; criminal background checks; and medical history.

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose the treatment granted thereto or to revoke the consent you had granted for such purposes, whereby the latter may be carried out by means of the procedures we have implemented.
