PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CLIENTS

INNOVACIONES DE SISTEMAS, S.A. DE C.V., with its registered address at Calle “G” No. 321, Colonia Nueva, C.P. 21100, Mexicali, Baja California (hereinafter referred to as “THE COMPANY”), in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, hereby informs the following:

First. – Personal Data Collected by THE COMPANY

For the purposes of the commercial relationship with our clients, we collect and process the following personal data:

  • Identification: Name, corporate or trade name, tax address, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), and legal representative.
  • Contact Information: Telephone number and email address.
  • Tax and Billing Data: Information contained in the tax status certificate, invoices, and CFDI (Digital Tax Receipt) usage details.
  • Financial Data: Where applicable, payment account information or credit history.
  • Commercial Information: Purchase history, service requests, and specific requirements.

Second. – Purposes of the Processing of Personal Data

Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:

  • To comply with contractual and commercial obligations.
  • To provide the requested products or services.
  • To prepare estimates, purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
  • To establish contact for commercial, technical, or administrative follow-up.
  • To comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

Third. – Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, without requiring your consent, in accordance with Article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), with the following:

Fifth. – Data Retention

Personal data will be retained for as long as an active commercial relationship exists and for up to ten (10) years following its termination, in accordance with applicable tax and legal provisions. Thereafter, such data will be blocked and subsequently deleted.

PRIVACY NOTICE FOR SUPPLIERS

INNOVACIONES DE SISTEMAS, S.A. DE C.V., with its registered address at Calle “G” No. 321, Colonia Nueva, C.P. 21100, Mexicali, Baja California (hereinafter referred to as “THE COMPANY”), in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations, hereby informs the following:

First. – Personal Data Collected by THE COMPANY

For the purposes of maintaining the commercial relationship with our suppliers, we collect and process the following personal data:

  • Identification: Name, corporate or trade name, tax address, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), and legal representative.
  • Contact Information: Institutional or personal telephone number and email address of the supplier or representative.
  • Banking Data: Interbank CLABE, bank name, and payment account details.
  • Tax Data: Information contained in the tax status certificate, invoices, and tax receipts.
  • Contractual and Commercial Information: Quotations, service or product proposals, and commercial history.
  • In the case of individuals: Identity documents for validation and legal compliance purposes.

Second. – Purposes of the Processing of Personal Data

Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:

  • Verification and validation of identity and tax compliance.
  • Registration as a supplier in our internal systems.
  • Management of purchase orders, invoicing, payments, and fulfillment of contractual obligations.

INNOVACIONES DE SISTEMAS, S.A. DE C.V., with its registered address at Calle “G” No. 321, Colonia Nueva, in the city of Mexicali, Baja California, postal code 21100 (hereinafter referred to as “THE COMPANY”), in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with Articles 15 and 16 of the LFPDPPP.

First. – Personal Data Collected by THE COMPANY

For the purposes of the employment relationship, we collect and process the following personal data:

  • Identification: Name, address, date of birth, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), official identification (INE), and marital status.
  • Contact Information: Personal telephone number and email address.
  • Employment Information: Employment history, professional references, curriculum vitae, and social security number.
  • Tax and Banking Information: Payroll-related data, interbank CLABE, and tax withholding information.
  • Medical Information: Relevant health data for employment benefits, emergency contact details, medical leave, or occupational health programs.
  • Biometric Data: Photograph and fingerprint for access control purposes.

Second. – Purposes for the Use and Processing of Personal Data

Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:
